J&J Computers specializes in website design for small to medium size businesses. We pride ourselves on have rich designs at a resonable price. We do all of our design work with the latest Adobe tools such as Dreamweaver, Photoshop, and Flash. Although we don’t specialize in SEO (Search Engine Optimization) we design sites that have the SEO in mind. We also make sure that you design cordinates with your current marketing materials so that you site does not conflict with your overall brand and marketing goals.
Web Hosting
J & J Computers is currently only doing web hosting for our web design clients. This web hosting is considered managed hosting. We do the setup, maintenance, and configuration for our clients. Basically making the experience seemless and out-of-site & out-of-mind. This service is done at a rate of only $15.00 a month and also includes 5 e-mail addresses and use of a registered domain name of your choice (as long as it is not already taken).
E-Mail Services
All e-mail accounts afford by J & J Computers comes with the use of a registered domain name of your choice (as long as it is not already taken). We do all the setup and configuration that is necessary. The account provided are standard POP3 accounts that work with almost all standard e-mail clients.
Managed Services
Is your computer’s operating system up to date? Are you running an up-to-date Anti-Virus and Spyware scanner? Can you get service on your system quickly? If not you are at risk! Ask us about our managed services… For a small monthly subscription you will always be up-to-date, protected, and be able to get quick service and support.
We supply all the software necessary to keep your system up to date and safe. This includes the Anti-Virus agent, Spyware agent, Security patch agent, and remote support agent. We will make sure you are always up-to-date so you don’t have to worry about it. Out of sight, and out of mind!
Networking
From Cat6 to wireless, J&J Computers can handle your networking needs. We have years of experience networking all kinds of equipment. Computers, Printers, NAS drives, Routers, etc…
System Repairs
We offer Computer Repair services the way it should be. We will repair your system in the convenience of your home or business, or pick up your system from you, repair it at our shop, and return it to you.
If your Computer system is running slow, shuts down randomly, or you believe you are infected with a virus, we can help. Most computer companies quickly resort to wiping out your system and starting it from scratch, making you loose all your pictures, documents, and data. But this isn’t normally necessary.
Remote Support
There are a lot of things that can be fixed without an in person service call. For these things we recommend getting remote support. It will save both you and us time and money. We support both Microsoft and MAC OS’s remotely. In this section you can find our remote support clients to download.
Remote Backup
J&J Computers believes in both onsite and remote backup of your important files. Although a local backup is much easier to restore from, it is not always the most reliable. Hard drives fail, get hurt, stolen, and even burn….. During these times it is great to still have a copy off site that can be accessed and restored from.
